Learn the Steps to Successfully Transfer Your License to Radius
Your Managing Broker at Radius will put in a license transfer request via Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC), so please inform them when you are ready to make the transfer. Once your license has been transferred successfully, you'll then want to inform your MLS/Association that you've switched brokerages. This article will walk you through how to confirm whether your license has been transferred and the steps to take to inform your MLS/Association that you've switched brokerages.
- How to Verify That Your License Has Been Successfully Transferred to Radius
- After your broker has requested your license be transferred to Radius, you'll receive a text-only email from TREC with an invitation to Radius.
- Accept the invitation to Radius via the email.
- Both the invitation email and the transfer confirmation email will come from no-reply@notices.trec.texas.gov.

- Notifying Your MLS/Association That You've Changed Brokerages
- You must contact your local MLS/Association and notify them that you have changed brokerages.
- Each local MLS/Association has their own internal transfer form, usually available online.

- Once you've filled out all applicable information, please send the form to tx.broker@radiusagent.com via a digital signing platform (e.g. DocuSign). Once the form has been signed by your Managing Broker at Radius, she will send it back to the MLS/Association on your behalf.
