Learn the Steps to Successfully Transfer Your License to Radius
Your new Managing Broker at Radius will transfer your license on your behalf via our corporate brokerage account on the DBPR Online Services site, so please inform them when you are ready to make the transfer to Radius (the transfer is instantaneous). Once your license has been transferred successfully, you'll then want to inform your MLS/Association that you've switched brokerages. This article will walk you through how to confirm whether your license has been transferred and the steps to take to inform your MLS/Association that you've switched brokerages.
How to Verify That Your License Has Been Successfully Transferred to Radius

- Visit the Florida DBPR Online Services website.
- Under Select Search Type, choose Search by Name and then click Search.
- You will now have the option to Search by Individual Name or Search by Organization/Establishment Name.
- Use the Search by Individual Name option to input your full name in the corresponding Last Name and First Name fields (middle name is not required) and then click Search.
- Find your name in the search results and then click on it.
- You will now have the option to Search by Individual Name or Search by Organization/Establishment Name.
- You will also receive an email from no-reply@myfloridalicense.com confirming that your license has been transferred to Radius.
Note: Be sure the License Type field to the left of your name says Real Estate Broker or Sales as opposed to any other license type.

- At the bottom of the Licensee Details page, click on View Related License Information.

- If Radius Agent LLC is listed under Related Party on the Related License Information page, your license was successfully transferred.

- At the bottom of the Licensee Details page, click on View Related License Information.
Note: If your expected license transfer has not been completed, please reach out to your Brokerage Support or your Account Manager for assistance.
- Notifying Your MLS/Association That You've Changed Brokerages
- You must contact your MLS/Association and notify them that you have changed brokerages.
- Each MLS/Association has their own internal transfer form, usually available online.
- Log into your specific MLS/Association website to download the form and fill out your information as well as the following broker information (if applicable):

- Once you've filled out all applicable information, please send the form to fl.broker@radiusagent.com via a digital signing platform (e.g. DocuSign). Once the form has been signed by your Managing Broker at Radius, she will send it back to the MLS/Association on your behalf.
