How Do I Transfer My Real Estate License In Florida?

Learn the Steps to Successfully Transfer Your License to Radius

Your new Managing Broker at Radius will transfer your license on your behalf via our corporate brokerage account on the  DBPR Online Services site, so please inform them when you are ready to make the transfer to Radius (the transfer is instantaneous). Once your license has been transferred successfully, you'll then want to inform your MLS/Association that you've switched brokerages. This article will walk you through how to confirm whether your license has been transferred and the steps to take to inform your MLS/Association that you've switched brokerages.

How to Verify That Your License Has Been Successfully Transferred to Radius

    • Visit the Florida DBPR Online Services website.
    • Under Select Search Type, choose Search by Name and then click Search.
      • You will now have the option to Search by Individual Name or  Search by Organization/Establishment Name.
        • Use the Search by Individual Name option to input your full name in the corresponding Last Name and First Name fields (middle name is not required) and then click Search.
        • Find your name in the search results and then click on it.
    • You will also receive an email from no-reply@myfloridalicense.com confirming that your license has been transferred to Radius.

Note: Be sure the License Type field to the left of your name says Real Estate Broker or Sales as opposed to any other license type.
