  1. What is Radius Agent? 
    Radius Agent is a networking platform for Real Estate Agents, headquartered in San Francisco. Launched in 2015, it has over 50,000 Realtors active on its platform. Radius Agent powers profiles and networking for many real estate associations such Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA), San Mateo County Association of REALTORS® (SAMCAR) and Women’s Council. They are backed by prominent investors such as NFX (Trulia founder), Sierra Ventures, VTF Capital, Cota Capital, and other notable angels.

  2. What does the Radius Agent Women’s Council partnership entail? 

Radius Agent powers the Women’s Council member finder and provides a customized version of their product to Women’s Council members. 

As a Women’s Council member, your benefits include - 

  1. Updated Women’s Council member finder. Search for any city, zip code, state to see all Women’s Council members in that area 

  2. Updated Women’s Council profiles. Search for any city, zip code, state to see all Women’s Council members in that area

You will also have access to the broader Radius community to exchange ideas and advice. Additionally, you can utilize the Radius Agent Referral Concierge Program to send referrals via a concierge service and receive referrals from agents in the broader Radius Network.

Logging in

  1. Do I need to create a new account with Radius Agent?

Yes, in order to edit your profile, you must create a new account with Radius Agent using the same email address as your Women’s Council username. You can click on ‘Women’s Council Sign up’ to get started 

  1. Can I login to Radius using my Women’s Council username and password? 
    No, you cannot. You must create a new account with Radius Agent using the same email address as your WCR username.  You can click on ‘Women’s Council Sign up’ to get started 

  2. What if I have an existing Radius Agent account but the email is different from the one I have with Women’s Council 

Please login to Radius with your Radius login password, under settings -- > integrations, you will be able to provide your Women’s Council email and sync to get the customized Women’s Council version of the product. 

  1. Do I have to download the Radius Agent app if I only want to use Women’s Council Member Search? 
    Yes, if you want to use the Member Search mobile version, it will only be available within the Radius Agent mobile app moving forward. If you only want to use the Member Search online on your PC or Mac, you don’t necessarily need to download the app. However, you will be unable to take advantage of some new features powered by Radius. 

Editing Profile 

  1. How do I edit my new Women’s Council profile powered by Radius Agent?

On a desktop, click on ‘My account’ on the top right of the Women’s Council member finder - wcr.radius.agent 

On mobile, you can do so on the Radius Agent mobile app

  1. If I update my details on my WCR account, does that also update my Radius profile? 

The following details, when updated in WCR, will also update in Radius. For the remainder, you must update your Radius account directly.

  1. Name

  2. Email

  3. Phone number

  4. Brokerage 

  1. Do my Radius updates transfer over to Women’s Council Database?

Yes, the following fields from Radius will also update your Women’s Council account 

  1. Name

  2. Email

  3. Phone number

  4. Brokerage 

  5. Profile Picture

  1. How do I add my listings on my Radius profile? 

    1. Please note only ‘active listings’ are updated from our data feed provider - Listhub. If a listing is no longer active, those are not displayed on your public Radius profile. 

    2. Complete instructions here

    3. Make sure your MLS name, License ID, MLS email are added to your profile so listings can be added

    4. If your MLS is on the list and you have added the above details and you still don’t see your listings, ensure that your broker is publishing listings through ListHub to Radius.

  2. What if my listings are not associated with my License ID but my team leader’s License ID?
    Make sure to add your team leader’s License ID in the License ID prompt

  3. My MLS is not showing up in the dropdown - how do I add my listings?

    We have now limited our data access from Listhub to these 10 regional MLS and do not have access to any MLS data beyond this list:

    • GAMLS - Georgia Multiple Listing Service, Atlanta, GA
    • NTREIS - North Texas Real Estate Information Systems, Inc., Dallas, TX
    • MREDIL- Midwest Real Estate Data, LLC, Lisle, IL
    • MAORFL - MIAMI Association of REALTORS, Miami, FL
    • MFRMLSFL - My Florida Regional Multiple Listing Service, Inc., Orlando, FL
    • FMLSGA - First Multiple Listing Service, Inc., Atlanta, GA
    • MRMLSCA- California Regional Multiple Listing Service, San Dimas, CA. Includes
    • SOCALMLS – Anaheim, CA (included with MRMLSCA due to MLS mergers)
    • ARMLSAZ – Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service, Inc., Phoenix, AZ
    • RMLSMN - Regional Multiple Listing Service of Minnesota [NorthStarMLS], St. Paul, MN

Women’s Council community on Radius  

  1. What is the Women’s Council community for? 
    You can broadcast buyer needs, pre market properties, ask questions, plan events, share vendor recommendations etc. in one place 

Exchanging Referrals on Radius 

  1. Why should I use the Radius profile to send referrals to Women’s Council members?

    1. You can start the search, once you click on send a referral, the Docusign with your information and the agent you’re sending the referral to is auto-populated 

    2. You can track all your outbound referrals to Women’s Council members and other agents in one place 

    3. You will be notified of any updates about the referrals 

    4. Easy to use when you’re on the go on a mobile app   

  2. How do I send a referral to another Women’s Council member?

  1. Does Radius take a commission for any referrals completed with other Women’s Council members? 
    No, Radius is only the technology. You still initiate and complete the referral and Radius will not take a cut from that transaction. Radius has a separate Referral Concierge service which you are welcome to engage in if you’d like support finding a referral agent for your clients.

  2. Do I get Docusign for free? 
    You only get Docusign for free to send referrals to other Women’s Council Members within the member search and Radius.
