You can integrate your Chime account with your Radius account to capture your leads in our free CRM and/or to use our performance-based qualification service.  By integrating with Chime, every time a lead is added to your system, the lead will get added as a buyer / renter lead on Radius for us to check in with, along with the property details they inquired about. 


You have 2 options for this integration - 


Option 1 - Unique Communications Email

            1. If you don't have a gmail or do not wish to sync your email, you can copy the unique communications email that 

                we created for you. Also, if you want to integrate multiple Lead Sources with Radius Assist and have different 

                Gmails connected to each - follow these steps:


                a. Navigate to Settings → Account Overview → Click on Lead Integrations.

                b. Scroll down until you find Verified Real Estate Leads and click on it.

             c.  Copy your unique communications email provided above. Keep screen open, we will come 

                    back to it at the end to “Notify Radius.”

            d. Open Chime and click on settings. Navigate to Team → Agent and then select Add a Member.


            e. Add Radius Agent and copy and paste the Unique Communications Email provided for you here in the email field. Save the changes.

                f. Click on Lead Routing. Make sure both seller and buyer leads are being sent to Radius as well by editing assignees. 

                    Add Radius Agent and Save Changes. 

                g. Once you have completed this step please notify Radius. Return to Radius and see Profile (Top Right Corner) → 

                    Settings → Lead Integrations. See below for example.

                h. Once you have notified Radius, your status will then change to Requested following with "Our concierge 

                    team is working to set up your integration."

                i. When your lead integration status becomes Active you will need to come back to this page in Profile (Top Right 

                    Corner) → Settings → Lead Integrations Select "Sent to ISA Concierge"


Option 2 - Set-Up Email Forwarding

2. If your provided lead source does not allow you to add an additional email (our communications email) the email at which you receive Email Notifications for new Chime Leads you will need to set up email forwarding in your email provider. (We have provided instructions for gmail and outlook, other providers should be similar however if you run into issues please call us at (415) 937-0184 )

If your email provider is Gmail, follow steps d-g. If you use Outlook, skip to step h. 

        d. Navigate to settings to set up email forwarding to the unique communications email address under Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab. Then, click the “add a forwarding

        address” button and copy the address there and select next.

        e. Click the blue text that reads “creating a filter!” and fill out the “from” field with enter “New Lead” in the “Has the words” field and then click 

        “Create Filter.”


     f. Check “Forward it to” and select the communications email you added previously.

                g. Confirm the Filter is set up under the “Filters and Blocked Addresses” tab. 

For Outlook

                h. For Outlook navigate to “Settings”. Navigate to View all Outlook Settings → Mail → Rules → Set up the Following Conditions:

                                         Fill out the “from” field with and the "Subject includes" field with “New Lead”.


                i. Mark as done on the original Integrate Lead Sources pop-up on and check the qualify this button.
