Inbound Referrals


Manage all the referrals you receive here, based on their sales stage.


View an estimate of your potential earnings when the deal closes, beside the sales stage, according to the payment terms.



  1. Find the referrals received under Pipeline when


  • A referral has been assigned to you by the Concierge (Accepted)

  • The deal is Active

  • The deal is In Contract

  • The Search is paused from the Client’s end


NOTE: For CRS Designees

The referral will appear under Pending when a receiving agent has not signed the Referral Agreement.



      2. Find the received referrals under Closed when the deal is closed


      3. Find the received referrals under Inactive when

  • The referral is Disqualified

  • The referral is Archived



Clients


Select “Clients” to save client details and other contacts.


View an estimate of your potential earnings when the deal closes, beside the sales stage, according to the payment terms.


  • Tap “Add a contact” to enter the contact details (Name, Email, Contact number, Contact type). You can also add a contact from your phonebook by tapping “Add from Contacts +”.


Radius Prospects



Find qualified leads using our ISA services.

Our ISA team will qualify and vet your leads through our superior lead qualification service.


Tap “Contact us” and your Referral Manager will get back to you shortly. 

You can start submitting leads through various sources to Radius once you sign the ISA LEAD Agreement sent to you.


  • The leads you submit appear under Submitted

  • The leads verified by the ISA team will appear under Qualified

    Note: The sales stage of the lead will be “Agent Chosen” if the client requirements match your listings



  • The leads appear under Outbound Referrals in Referrals when you wish to submit your lead to the Referral Concierge.
