Getting connected to Property Pulse is only take a few simple steps! All you need is your Gmail email address. If you don’t have a Gmail account, don’t worry we have a custom one already made in your Radius account, for further instructions check out this article here.



                To access your unique communications email you will go to Profile (Top Right Corner) → Settings → 

                Lead Integrations 


                Scroll until you find Property Pulse on the right 


                   Copy your unique communications email (above) to enter in your Property Pulse profile.




Follow the instructions below to get connected: 


  1. Login to your Property Pulse dashboard.

  2. Click the Settings button on the top right-hand corner.

  3. Select User Settings from the drop-down menu.

  1. Enter in your Unique Communications Radius email address into the name/username field.


  1. Make sure you click save to save your changes

  2. Once you have completed this step please notify Radius. Profile (Top Right Corner) → Settings →
    Lead Integrations. See below for example.



7. Once you have notified Radius, your status will then change to Requested following with "Our concierge

                    team is working to set up your integration."


8. When your lead integration status becomes Active you will need to come back to this page in Profile (Top Right  Corner) → Settings → Lead Integrations Select "Sent to ISA Concierge"


                                                                                                   


                                              At this point you will now start receiving your leads!
