Customize the emails you send to your clients at various stages of your business dealing.


  1. Client Welcome Email - Customize the email you wish to send to your new leads imported into your CRM through integrations with Realtor, Zillow, and IDX Broker.


  1. Property Recommendation Email - Customize the email you send to clients/agents when you recommend a property to them.



  1. Property Collection Email - Customize the email you send to your client (seller) to collect the details of their property.


How it works -


Select the client (seller) from your CRM and select “Properties” tab. Click on “Ask Client for Property”, and click on “Send”.


This will send an email to your client with a form, asking them to fill in the details about their property.


  1. Requirement Collection Email - Customize the email you sent to your client (buyer) to collect the details of their requirement.


How it works -


Select the client (buyer) from your CRM and select “Search” tab. Click on “Ask Client for Criteria”, and click on “Send”.


This will send an email to your client with a form, asking them to fill in the details about their requirement.


  1. Add Member to Network Group - Customize the email you wish to send to an agent when you invite them to join a group.


  How it works - 

      

        Select a group to which you’d like to invite your colleague/s to join. Click on “Agents” next to the group name and click on “Invite”.  Add details of one or more agents and click on send.


       An email is sent to the invitees to join the group.
