Set and Manage Reminders

  1. Click on “Clients” from the menu and select “Reminders” from the menu on the left hand side.

  2. To add a new reminder, click on “Add new Event”.

  3. Input your client/contact, type of event, date and time of the event, reminder time, and notes.

  4. Click on “Create” and you’re reminder is set!

Your reminders will appear on the “Agenda” tab.You can look at your past reminders and the upcoming ones by clicking on them respectively.

You can also view your reminders on the “calendar” as well as add a new reminder by clicking on the “+” mark associated with the date.

Once the acknowledgement to the reminder is "Marked as complete", you can add additional notes.
