1.) How are these Leads Generated? 

Radius Referrals can be originated through 2 ways: 

        -Referrals submitted by another agent or broker seeking support in finding the right agent for the referral. 

        -Leads who directly contact Radius via our consumer website, trustle.com.

2.) Whose Calling the Leads I Submit to the Concierge? 

   Every lead is called by our Denver, Colorado-based, well-trained, super enthusiastic concierge team!

3.)When is a Lead Considered 'Qualified' by your Concierge Team?

When we've determined that they are motivated to buy or sell in the next 6 months, are in talks with a lender if not already pre-approved and we've gathered all their preferences. Remember the goal is to set up an appointment with you OR match the leads with 3 high performing agents in our network depending on what route you chose while submitting the leads.

4.) How Quickly do you Call After I Submit Leads to the Concierge?

    For the Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com leads synced directly to Radius, every lead is called within 5 mins of them coming in. 

    For a cold leads database, we start calling and texting these leads 2 days after submission (the first 2 days are spent ensuring the database is cleaned up to include only     legit names and any duplicates are removed)

    For any referral submitted in the application here, we contact them within 30 mins, unless you've asked us not to! 

5.) What are the Concierge Service Hours?

    From 7:00AM to 7:00PM Weekdays and 11:00AM to 3:00PM Weekends.
