Setup an integration with your MLS association in order to automatically import your active MLS listings. Once your listings are added, they are published in your network groups and placed in an automatic search to find qualified buyers. Plus, you can create easy email marketing campaigns to reach agents in your area.
How it works
Listings get added to Radius from two sources:
Listhub: A data exchange service that supports over 600 Multiple Listing Services. Please note, Listhub publishes data for active listings only. Recently sold data will not be imported from this source. Click here to see if your association publishes through Listhub.
Direct MLS partnerships: By getting property data directly from an MLS, we can import active listings as well as recently sold properties to your profile. Additionally, the sale status of your properties will be synced with MLS.
This is currently available for California Regional MLS members. RE Colorado and MLS PIN will be available soon!
How to set it up
- Confirm that your MLS publishes to Listhub by checking to see if it is on this list.
- If you belong to one of these associations or if your MLS is on the Listhub list, be sure to provide your license ID and select your MLS from the dropdown menu in Radius.
If you skipped this step during sign up, you can add this info by clicking on your name in the top right corner, then select view my profile.
How to confirm whether the integration was successful
The MLS sync is refreshed every 4 hours so check your profile after 4 hours to see if your listings have been added by clicking on Properties.
If your MLS properties are shown here, then the integration was successful and you’re done! Great job!
If your properties are NOT showing up and it’s been more than 4 hours
Contact your Broker and/or your internal Help Desk to confirm that your Broker has a Listhub account.
- If your Broker DOES have a Listhub account, they will need to access their Listhub settings and select “Radius” as a publisher (see screen shot)
