How do I Create a New Transaction?

Learn how to submit a new transaction to Radius via SkySlope

Submitting a new transaction to our brokerage is a straightforward and efficient process. This guide will walk you through the steps to successfully submit a new transaction using SkySlope. Within 24 hours of the transaction being submitted to SkySlope, it will get added to the My Contracts section in your Radius Dashboard. 

Note: Agents are required to submit SkySlope files within 48 hours of an accepted offer or agreement.

Create a New Transaction in SkySlope 

  • Sign in to your Skyslope account.
  • Click Create Transaction. 
  • Toggle to Address Lookup and use Search for Address to type in your property address and click the best Google search result.

    • If the address is not returned in Google Search, you can "x" out of the Search for Address window and manually enter the address details. 
  • Fill out all required fields and click Next.
    • Your file will now have an Incomplete status and the Contacts tab will populate. 
    • Required fields are indicated by a red asterisk next to the item.
  • Complete all sections and required fields on the Contacts tab.  
    • Sections are listed on the left side of the page and include:
      • Seller/Landlord
      • Purchaser/Tenant 
      • Title/Escrow/Attorney
      • Agent Representing Other Side
      • Lender
      • Home Warranty
      • Misc. Contact
    • Once you've completed a section, you'll click Save and then Next to begin the following section. 
    • Once all sections have been completed, click Submit.
    • Required fields are indicated by a red asterisk next to the item. 
    • Please be sure to provide complete and accurate title/escrow information.
  • Complete the Commission tab and please be sure to utilize the Additional Commission Information section to include:
    • Address of your TC (if applicable).
    • Team splits and breakdown (if applicable).
      • ex: 85/15 agent/team
    • Any credits or debits to be applied to the gross commission and/or splits.
      • ex: Buyer credit $500 paid by team lead
      • ex: Agent paying Home Warranty- $350 paid to Home Guard
    • If TC fee and Broker fee are not being deducted from the gross commission, please specify whether the agent or the team lead is responsible for these fees.

Note: If you would like to receive your commission via wire transfer, please be sure to email your routing and banking info to cda@radiusagent.com. 

  • Once the Commission tab has been completed, click Submit.
  • Your transaction will now have Pending status and the Checklist tab will populate, allowing you to begin uploading documents to your new transaction file.
